This is the only COMMERCIAL BIODIESEL manufacturing facilities in B.C. The government has imposed a regulation to add 5% of biofuel into each litre of diesel fuel by the end of December 2009. It is a mandated regulation by the Government of Canada.
Biofuel is an alternative fuel produced from renewable sources like vegetable oil, recycled cooking oil and animal fat.
The maunafacturing plant IS DESIGNED FOR approx. 5000 Metric Tons of BIODIESEL per year. Funding and incentives from Federal and Provincial Government is up to 10000 Metric Tons per year. Incentive program for $ 0.20 per litre is valid for the licensee for 10 years.
Production can be increased by adding one more line to the current facilities to maximize the production and profit.
This is a turn-key business, with all licenses and government subsidies in place, this is a potential business that had just begun and will last for decades.
