BUSINESS IMMIGRATION PROGRAM
Immigrate to Canada under the BC Provincial Nominee Program for Business
Application for the BC PNP through the Regular Business Program or Regional Business program.
In order to be a right candidate for the BC PNP program you must have:
- Business background and financial stability;
- Ability to economically establish yourself in Canada using resources available to you;
- Business expertise that will add to the region’s productivity by generating employment and business;
- Manage and grow a business in Canada
Businesses in the following areas can be qulaified for the application:
-increasing the export of goods/service
-increase in value-added manufacturing, processing or primary resource activity
-increase B C Tourism
-increase research and delelopment and technolgy commercialisation
-creating innovative approaches to traditional businesses
-servicing an unserved regional market
Furthermore, you have to meet the requirements of each program in order to apply for it such as:
Regular Program:
- Make a personal investment of at least $400,000.00 CAD to establish or to purchase and expand and eligible business anywhere in BC.
- Create a least three new jobs in the business for Canadian residents or permanent residents.
- Demonstrate that you have the skills and experience necessary to establish and operate a commercially viable business in BC through a comprehensive Business Plan.
- A PERSONAL WORTH of a least $800,000 CAD obtained form legal sources, such (Real estate, disposable income, list all bank accounts, cash money, money market funds, certificate of deposit, short terms notes, account receivable, investments)
Regional Program: The program has the same requirements except the following:
- Make a personal investment of at least $200,000.00 CAD to establish or to purchase and expand and eligible business anywhere in BC OUSIDE OF THE VANCOUVER METROPOLITAN AREA OR THE ABBOTSFORD METROPOLITNA AREA.
- Create a least ONE new job in the business for Canadian residents or permanent residents.
- A PERSONAL WORTH of a least $400,000 CAD obtained from legal sources, such (Real estate, disposable income, list all bank accounts, cash money, money market funds, certificate of deposit, short terms notes, account receivable, investments)
If you meet the above requirements you can apply to the BC PNP program, following the follows steps: (your qualified immigration consultant shall be able to assist you in the application)
- Submit to the BC PNP a application, which includes your personal information, proposing a business for you, including investment breakdown and rational, indicating the source of the funds and how they were accumulated.
- The application also involves an in depth analysis of the client’s Net Worth and investment potential. The application requires you to submit the following:
- The appropriate provincial and federal forms;
- Supporting documentation on your business experience, qualifications and financial resources;
- A Business Plan
- A draft of the Performance Agreement needs to be submitted with full application and Business Plan. |
